We have created this book to share Liza's zest for life through food, exercise, health & wellbeing. Liza's unwavering enthusiasm and positivity every day was infectious. She was no ordinary girl and was motivating and inspiring to everyone she met.
 
Liza was excited for this cookbook and would be so proud of the finished product sitting in all of your kitchens. We have that it reminds you of our friend and all that she brought and still brings to our lives.
